RETURN POLICY

Need to return your order? No problem. 

You can easily return your product(s) or exchange for an alternative should you find your product(s) do not meet your expectation within 14 days of delivery. Please read our requirements and guidelines below on returning an order:

Requirements

  • Swimwear is a very special type of product which cannot be resold if worn or used. To protect our customers, we will only accept unworn and unused swimwear in the original packaging for a return. The original product tags must to be unbroken and are attached to the product.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery at hello@swimgearstore.com. Pictures of the damaged or defective item are needed if necessary.
  • Exchange is allowed as long as the product is not worn or used. Please contact us for details.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving shipping label to be eligible for a refund.
  • No returns can be made on FINAL SALE items.

How to Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Fill out the return request form on this page;
  2. You will receive the pre-paid shipping label once your request is received and approved. A fixed shipping rate of CAD$ 6.00 (USD$ 5.00)/lbs will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Be sure to include your original packaging slip to ensure that your return will be processed.
  4. Print your pre-paid UPS shipping label and apply it to the outside of the package. No additional postage is required.
  5. Take the package to a UPS store, a UPS drop box, or any location that has regular UPS pick-up. ***Do not call UPS for pick-up as additional charges will apply.

We will process your return and issue a refund once we receive your return package in 7 business days.
